- GulfHiFi accepts returns in the United Arab Emirates for defective and non-defective eligible new products within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are accepted for eligible products.
- Returns use an approved drop-off location or drop-off instruction confirmed by GulfHiFi support.
- There is no restocking fee for accepted returns.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received, inspected and accepted.
- Opened or tampered packaging is not eligible for return or refund unless the product is damaged or defective and supported by clear opening photos or video proof.
